You ascertain that all the information you enter into the website is the same as it is in your prescription form. We can’t complete your order unless and until you provide us with an authentic prescription. Hereby, you show your consent to our contacting your eye specialist or provide us a copy of your original prescription when needed to validate any relevant information.
You must agree to use the website for lawful needs and are restricted from posting any offensive and unsuitable content of any kind.
You confirm not to counterfeit, copy, sell, or exploit any section of this website without clear written permission to do the same.
Specific descriptions, dimensions, and colors of the products have been provided as precisely as possible. Therefore, we do not ensure that the descriptions are exact, current or error-free. It is also required to be informed that the colors of the products you see on the website may vary depending on your monitor and its color settings. If you are not satisfied with the product as per its description, you can return it to us with the full content unused, following our return policy.
After we receive your prescription and the payment process, we will process your order straight away and ship it on the same business day (this option is not available for special lenses like bifocal, transition, tinted, and more.)
Once the package gets shipped from an Express Glasses facility, it is no longer our responsibility. Any delay in getting the product delivered is not the responsibility of the website; however, it can be then handled with the carrier.

If a customer is unhappy with his or her order, we provide a full credit or exchange, or you get 50% of the purchase amount back to your account.
As all lenses are custom made for the customers when returned can’t be reused on any other frame, so we can’t provide a full refund.
This is to be noted that the shipping cost will be deducted from the money you get refunded.
